Paul Hevesy

Paul Hevesy currently serves as the VP of Business Development at Proxess, where efforts are focused on leading a Wireless Lock Revolution. Previously, Paul held the position of Board Chairman at the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST) from September 2020 to February 2023. Paul's extensive career at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. included roles such as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, where a significant emphasis was placed on work culture transformation. Prior to that, Paul worked at STANLEY Security for nearly two decades in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources - Organizational Effectiveness and Vice President of Global Recurring Services. Paul began the professional journey in sales and management with a focus on driving growth in multiple regions. Paul holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/History from Eastern Illinois University.
