Leonid Shatkovskyi

Leonid Shatkovskyi's work experience begins in 2007 at STAO Ltd., where they worked as a Telecommunication Design Engineer and later became the Head of Electrical Measurement Laboratory. Leonid then worked as a Project Leader at JSC FEODOSIA SHIPBUILDING COMPANY "MORYE" from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of OSTRO Diving Tours. During this time, they also worked as a Freelancer and Business Analyst. In 2016, they joined Playtech as an IT Business Analyst and Product Owner. Leonid then worked at DantaWeb LLC as a Business Analyst from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they joined Ciklum as a Product Manager, where they later became the Head of Product Management. Leonid also served as the Functional Manager for the Business Analysis Office and worked as a Product Owner and Senior IT Business Analyst. In 2018, they became a Partner and CPO at NOVEL VOYAGE, where they focused on innovation and improving deep travelling. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management at Proxet.

Leonid Shatkovskyi completed their education at various institutions. Leonid obtained a Specialist's degree in Acoustics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2002 to 2008. Leonid then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at the National University of Shipbuilding after Admiral Makarov from 2011 to 2013.

Prior to their university education, Leonid attended Klovsky Lyceum #77 for an unspecified period of time. Leonid also spent the academic year 2000-2001 at Orem High School in Orem, Utah, USA.

In addition to their formal education, Leonid obtained several certifications in various subjects. Leonid completed courses in Palantir Foundry Foundations from Palantir Technologies in February 2023, Startup School Aspiring Founders from Y Combinator in July 2021, Customer Development by Ivan Zamesin in June 2021, and GoPractice Product Management by GoPractice, Inc in February 2021. Leonid also completed courses in Foundations by Pragmatic Institute in December 2020, Competitive Strategy from Coursera in August 2013, Foundations of Business Strategy from Coursera in April 2013, and Leading Strategic Innovation in Organizations from Coursera in April 2013. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe 4 Product Owner Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018.
