Yuriy Grushevoy

Yuriy Grushevoy is a Delivery & Operation Director at Proxet. Yuriy has been with the company since September 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for managing multiple projects, setting up and managing the Project Management team, creating and mapping out the ICT strategy and ICT policy of the company, managing partnerships with vendors and clients, and managing people, delivery, and security risks on a company level. From February 2019 to May 2019, they were the CTO of POS Master where they managed the technology office, created new products, and supported existing products. Their main goals were to setup a professional technology team, create intuitive applications based on AI/ML technologies, and simplify life for their clients in business management and help them to grow. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Luxoft from February 2014 to September 2017. Yuriy was also the Country Director of Kiev office at B2B Soft from August 2004 to December 2013.

Yuriy Grushevoy attended the Kyiv Engineering Technical Institute for their BS and MS in Computer Science. Afterwards, they studied at the Luxoft PPM University and kmbs + CMPartners.
