Marie Somphanthabamsouk

Marie Somphanthabamsouk has extensive experience in recruitment, beginning with a role as Responsable Recrutement at Adecco from October 2008 to September 2011, specializing in interim and permanent placements for office profiles. Following this, Marie worked as Chargée de Recrutement IDF at SOGETI High Tech from September 2011 to December 2012, focusing on engineering recruitment in sectors such as aerospace and defense. From January 2013 to June 2019, Marie served as Consultante Recrutement Senior at DOCS, collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotech clients for clinical research recruitment while maintaining an active candidate database and engaging in commercial development. Marie returned to PROXIAD, initially as Chargée de Recrutement IT Sénior from July 2019 until May 2021, and currently holds the position of Chargée de Missions RH since November 2023, further refining recruitment strategies and managing candidate relations throughout the hiring process.
