Pat Nguyen

Director of Customer Experience at Proxibid

Pat Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 1997 to 1998, Pat worked as a Telemarketing Representative/Financial Services at West Telemarketing. In 1999, Pat joined Marriott International as an On-the-job trainer. In 2003, Pat transitioned to Proxibid as a Call Center Supervisor and later worked as an Account Manager from 2004 to 2008. Pat then took on the role of Account Management Supervisor from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Pat served as an Account Management Manager, supervising and assisting a young Account Management team. Finally, Pat held the position of Director of Account Management from 2012, where they were responsible for ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and increasing NPS.

Pat Nguyen attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems.
