Natalia Auguścik is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proxify since December 2022, specializing in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles across a global landscape. Prior to Proxify, Natalia worked briefly as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Cerecaptio and held various positions at Nordea from 2017 to 2022, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and conducting training for managers. Natalia possesses a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Management from both Lodz University of Technology and Universidade de Aveiro, complemented by an Engineering degree in Spatial Economy from Lodz University of Technology.
