Kim Torres

Kim Torres has held various roles in the field of operations and client relations. From 2018 to present, Kim has been the Director of UX Research & Operations, Senior Manager of UX Research & Operations, and Manager of Operations and Client Projects at Proximity Lab. From 2017 to 2018, Kim was the Program Director at MSB Consulting - Medicaid to Schools. From 2009 to 2017, Kim was the Director of Client Relations, Client Relations Manager, Senior Program Specialist, and Program Specialist at MSB Management Systems for Student Services. Lastly, from 2006 to 2009, Kim was the Community Living Coordinator at Living Innovations.

Kim Torres received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of New Hampshire in 1997 and their Master of Arts (MA) in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of New Hampshire in 2006. In 2022, they obtained a Qualitative Data Analysis certification from Bentley University and in 2023, they obtained a Leading Complex Projects certification from IDEO.
