Samantha Schwenke, M.Ed., currently serves as the Lead K-12 Talent Acquisition at Proximity Learning, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive recruitment processes, candidate assessments, and developing effective talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Samantha held roles in the Austin Independent School District as a Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator and IB Science Educator, where recruitment and instructional design were key focuses. Additional experience includes managing graduate assistants at The University of Texas at San Antonio, facilitating K-12 science camps at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden, and being a dedicated student athlete at The University of Texas at Dallas. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
