Andrew Merinoff is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the spirits and beverage industries. As the CEO and Co-founder of Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur since 2015, Andrew has been instrumental in establishing a handcrafted liqueur brand that emphasizes authenticity and sustainability, currently available in multiple international markets. In addition, Andrew serves as a Business Development Consultant for Proximo Spirits, aiding in the growth of a premium spirits portfolio. As the Founder of DisPact Ventures, Andrew focuses on impact investing to disrupt industries. Previous roles include VP of Acquisitions at TeQuity Capital & Communications, Board member for XXIV Karat Wines, and various advisory positions with companies like InspirePay and Phantom Smoke. Andrew holds a BSBA from the University of Denver, with a focus on Food & Beverage and International Business, and participated in a Semester at Sea through the University of Virginia.
