Timothy Claeys

Timothy Claeys is a Senior Information Security Officer at Proximus Ada since June 2023. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as a Security Engineer at Barco from May 2021 to June 2023, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Inria from January 2020 to May 2021. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Electronics and ICT Engineering Technology (ICT) from Ghent University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2015. Timothy also has a Doctor of Informatics (PhD) in Cybersecurity for the Internet of Things from Grenoble INP - UGA, completed in 2019, and has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley in 2018, focusing on IoT network security.
