Mamoun Muhanna

Mamoun Muhanna has over 18 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at Proximus Luxembourg since July 2009, specializing in project management, identity management, and IT service management. Prior to this, Mamoun worked at Telindus from August 2005 to April 2017, primarily as an Identity Management Consultant, focusing on Office 365 identities, administration, and strategy development, while also leading change management and training initiatives. Additional roles include Support Engineer and Programming Analyst, with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development. Mamoun holds a degree in Ingénierie et intégration informatique from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a certification as an Analyst Programmer from AFPA. Mamoun is also a PRINCE2® Practitioner in Project Management.
