Johan Claes

Johan Claes possesses extensive experience in the field of Cisco collaboration and networking, currently serving as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer at Proximus for Enterprises since January 2016. Prior to this, Johan has held various roles at Telindus Belgacom ICT since March 1995, including Cisco IPtel Consultant and Network Engineer. Responsibilities have included implementing CallManager clusters, managing integrations with other applications, and overseeing network operations. Johan's technical expertise encompasses the entire product range of Cisco Unified Communications and service delivery for external customers using Cisco equipment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from HIK te Geel, complemented by studies at KU Leuven and an additional institution.
