Bart Aegden

Bart Aegden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead Human Capital for the Benelux ICT at Proximus since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the HR needs of the Benelux ICT Affiliates network. Aegden also holds board member positions at Plan International Belgium and Bednet, organizations focused on children's rights and supporting long-term sick children, respectively. Previous roles include HR Director for Global Marketing & Innovation and Global Travel Retail at Godiva Chocolatier, where Aegden led global HR initiatives and processes. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Wolters Kluwer and various positions at Makro Cash and Carry. Aegden holds a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Economics from KU Leuven and an Expert Class in Human Resources Management from LUCA School of Arts.
