Jenthe van Gastel

Jenthe van Gastel currently serves as the Business & Service Design Guild Lead at Proximus, responsible for enhancing the business and service design practice through strategic planning, skill coaching, and training. Prior roles at Proximus include Business & Service Design Chapter Owner, where Jenthe managed a team of designers, and Business & Service Designer, focusing on the development of digital solutions for young adults in Belgium. Jenthe also held positions at the Prince Albert Fund, aiming to support the Belgian economy, and as Business Development Director at Faktion, a tech scale-up specializing in AI solutions. Previous experience includes service design at Peel and consulting roles at TEKsystems. Jenthe’s educational background encompasses postgraduate studies in Business Analysis and dual master's degrees in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Social and Economic Sciences, along with a bachelor's degree in the same field.
