Laura Versteele

Laura Versteele is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and service design. Currently serving as the Chapter Owner for Design New Ecosystems at Proximus since March 2019, Laura leads a diverse team of designers focused on delivering quality design solutions while facilitating team member growth. Previously, Laura worked as a Digital UX Expert at Proximus, leading UX initiatives for various digital platforms. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Designer at KBC Bank & Verzekering, a UX Consultant at Human Interface Group, and a Research Associate at KU Leuven. Laura holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from KU Leuven.
