Lucyna Czyz-Jaszowska

Lucyna Czyz-Jaszowska is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Tech Leads Division Head and IT Customer Experience Division Head at Proximus since August 2022. In these roles, Lucyna focuses on bridging business and technology to enhance customer experiences and drive digital transformation. Prior to Proximus, Lucyna worked at SIX as a Senior Product Manager overseeing product quality in the Cash Ecosystem, and at Credit Suisse where multiple director-level positions were held, including Head of IWM IT EMEA Regulatory Programs Delivery and Head of QA Transformation. Lucyna's career commenced at Swisscom Mobile AG as IT Head of Testing in the CRM domain. Educationally, Lucyna holds a Master's Degree from WSP University in Cracow and has completed post-graduate studies at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management Academy of Economics in Cracow.
