Mia Sheik

Mia Sheik is an experienced Product Owner currently working at Proximus since March 2023, a company focused on digital services, communications, and ICT solutions. Previously, Mia held the position of Account Manager at Hyve Mobile from July to December 2022, where responsibilities included key account management, performance reporting, and managing change requests. Prior experience at Huawei spanned from December 2019 to July 2022, during which Mia served as both a Product Owner/Manager and a Network Engineer, overseeing operations, project coordination, and customer relations while ensuring service quality and adherence to regulations. Mia holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the same university, completed in 2018.
