Pierre Carlier

Pierre Carlier has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as the Head of Legal Enterprise, Technology, Purchase, and Wholesale at Proximus since February 2013, and also as a Juge Consulaire at the Tribunal de l'entreprise Francophone de Bruxelles since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Pierre held various positions at BICS from 2008 to February 2013, including Legal Director and Secretary to the Board, and worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Belgacom Mobile from 1998 to April 2008. Pierre's earlier career includes roles at Belgacom Group - Proximus and SWIFT. Educational credentials include an LL.M in European Law from Queen Mary University of London and a law degree from Université libre de Bruxelles.
