Sandra Tielemans

Sandra Tielemans is an experienced professional in design and market research, currently serving as Chapter Area Lead Design at Proximus since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sandra held multiple positions at BNP Paribas Fortis from February 2011 to August 2022, including Chapter Lead Concept & UX Design, Head of Channel Design, and Head of Customer Insights, where responsibilities included market research, UX testing, and customer segmentation strategies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Market Research at TNS DIMARSO from April 1999 to January 2011 and working as a consultant at tence in 1998. Sandra's educational background includes a Master in Communication Sciences from KU Leuven, an Agr. in Social Sciences from KU Leuven, and a Post-university degree in Marketing and Economics from VLEKHO Business School Brussel.
