Jimmy is also the Chairman of Resolve! Enterprise Services, where Jimmy has delivered growth exceeding 100x over two decades. Additionally, Jimmy served as a Professor at ESPM Business School for 13 years, focusing on CRM and Services Marketing disciplines. Jimmy's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universitá Haptuhá and a Pocket Course at Singularity University.
