Mark Papworth

Mark Papworth has extensive experience in the engineering, defense, and energy sectors. Mark began their career in 1989 as the Managing Director of Alstom Power, Industrial Gas Turbines. In 1995, they became the Managing Director of Napier Turbochargers, a subsidiary of Alstom. From 2002 to 2005, they held various positions at Rolls-Royce, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Energy Division. From 2005 to 2012, they were the CEO of Gas Turbine Services at Wood Group. In 2012, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Chemring Group PLC. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of PrOXisense. Additionally, from 2016 to present, they have served as a Trustee of Reach South and a Non-Executive Director of Reliance Precision Limited.

Mark Papworth attended Nottingham Trent University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering.
