Viktorija Bambane

Viktorija Bambane has extensive experience in training, development, and operations management. From June 2015 to February 2018, Viktorija worked as a Game Presenter at Evolution Gaming. Following this role, Viktorija held various positions at Evolution from November 2020 to September 2021, including Senior Training and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included leading and developing employees, creating training programs, and analyzing quality and service issues. Viktorija also served as Floor Operations Supervisor and Training and Development Specialist, focusing on onboarding, training content creation, and performance supervision. At Hotel Roma in Riga, Viktorija gained experience as Front Office Manager before moving to Proxy Live Solutions™ in October 2021.
