Ana Isabel Teixeira is a highly experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Food Compliance at Prozis. Prior to this, Ana Isabel held various roles such as Food Compliance Team Leader and Nutrition Labelling Specialist in the legal department. Ana's expertise also includes quality management, with previous positions as a Quality Technician and Quality Control Technician at different companies. Ana Isabel holds a Master's degree in Biotecnology and Food Quality as well as a Licentiate degree in Food Science from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro.
