Carlos Taipina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, marketing, and brand communication. Currently serving as the Head of Design UI/UX & Communication at Prozis, Carlos manages a creative team of 40 members and oversees the delivery of impactful design and marketing solutions, while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Previous roles include Marketing Project Manager and Surf Category Manager, where Carlos developed brand strategies and marketing communications. As a co-founder of YupiiRun, Carlos implemented e-commerce and strategic planning. Experience as a Creative Director at QA Publicidade and an Art Director at Ogilvy Portugal further established Carlos's expertise in creative concept development and advertising campaigns. Carlos holds multiple degrees related to brand strategy and marketing from distinguished institutions.
