Diana Ribeiro

Diana Ribeiro has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, beginning their career as a Commercial Consultant at AEIOU from May 2005 to June 2006, where responsibilities included client prospecting and online marketing strategies. Diana then served as a Receptionist at Solinca from June 2006 to July 2007, providing customer support and member acquisition. From August 2007 to January 2018, Diana worked as a Customer Services Specialist at Virgin Active, focusing on customer support, complaint management, and debt recovery. Since February 2018, Diana has held the position of Administrative & Logistic Assistant at Prozis. Educational qualifications include a degree in Journalism and Multimedia Communication from the Universidade do Porto (2000-2004) and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from the Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave (2019-2020).
