Isabel Macedo is a highly experienced food technologist currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Prozis since September 2018. Previously, Isabel held several key positions at Edlong, including Senior Food Scientist - Europe/Global Sensory Manager and Food Scientist from November 2012 to August 2018. Isabel began their career as a Sensory Scientist at Sensory Research Ltd from October 2010 to June 2012 and contributed to the food quality sector as a Food Quality Manager at Panibral from February 2006 to August 2007. Isabel's expertise in food safety is demonstrated through the implementation of HACCP principles and training services at Cavadinha and Panibral. Isabel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Process & Chemical Engineering from University College Cork and a Licenciatura in Biological Engineering - Chemical and Food Technology from Universidade do Minho.
