Joao Francisco Ferreira

Joao Francisco Ferreira has extensive experience in e-commerce and customer service, currently serving as the E-Commerce Head of Payments and former E-commerce Country Manager for France at Prozis since August 2014. Prior to this role, Joao worked at Sanitop Portugal, where responsibilities included Customer Chief Officer and Customer Service Manager from December 2004 to August 2014. Joao also held the position of Marketing Manager at Galécia SA from September 2003 to December 2004. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate certificate in Information Management and Marketing Intelligence from Porto Business School and a licentiate degree in Marketing from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto.
