Pedro Gomes

Pedro Gomes is a Customer Experience Specialist at Prozis since April 2021, responsible for validating pending orders, handling customer inquiries via phone and social media, addressing product reviews, and managing returns, all with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previously, from February to April 2020, Pedro worked as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Firemap, Lda, where data collection, analysis, and cartographic updates were key responsibilities. Between July 2009 and December 2019, Pedro served in various roles at Sonae MC, culminating in a position as Non-Food Area Coordinator, overseeing the operational management of the bazaar area. Pedro participated in the Future Leader@Retail development program, enhancing skills in retail management and leadership. Education includes a master's degree in Geology and Earth Sciences from Universidade do Minho, completed in 2018, and a licentiate degree in the same field from the same institution, finished in 2015.
