Ashvini Jakhar has had a varied and successful career. In 2006, they began their professional journey as a Medical Officer Internship at the Indian Naval Hospital Ship Kalyani. In 2007, they became the District Medical Officer at the District HQ-Coast Guard. In 2008, they were appointed as Principal Medical Officer at the Naval Air Station in Shikra, Colaba, Mumbai for the Indian Navy. During this time, they led medical operations during the 26/11 anti-terrorist operations and offered medical cover for NSG Ops. In 2010, they were promoted to Surgeon Lieutenant Commander and Training Officer at the Indian Naval Hospital Ship Asvini. In 2011, they founded their own e-commerce platform, Edu4share.com, which focused on education verticals for students to buy best-quality content and mentorship programs. In 2012, they completed their Post Graduate Program in Management at the Indian School of Business, majoring in Finance and Marketing, and was the President of the Graduate Student Board (GSB). In 2013, they were a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and also attended the ISB Exchange Program at HEC Paris. Finally, in 2015, they founded Prozo, an integrated supply chain company offering superior supply chain services, tech-enabled, distributed warehousing, b2b & b2c freight services, and supply chain technology.

Ashvini Jakhar has a well-rounded educational background. Ashvini began their education in 1996 at DRK School, where they earned their Secondary school degree. Ashvini then moved on to SBM School, where they earned their Senior Secondary degree in Science Major in 2000. In 2001, they attended the National Defence Academy (NDA), followed by Armed Forces Medical College, where they earned their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2006. In 2012, they attended the Indian School of Business, where they earned their PGP in Management. Finally, in 2013, they attended HEC Paris, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Luxury and Strategy.
