Manish Kumar Baswala has been working in the field of warehouse operations since 2014. Manish started their career as a Trainee at USHER AGRO LTD. and then joined Amazon in the same year as a Process Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for outbound operations and ensuring 100% adherence to SLAs by managing people and resources. Manish also had a role as a Problem Solver. In 2018, Manish joined Myntra Jabong as an Associate Manager and Associate Warehouse Operation SCM. In 2021, they moved to Flipkart as an Associate Manager, and in 2022 they were appointed as Senior Manager - Warehouse Operation at Prozo, an organization offering Amazon-like Fulfilment to SMEs and D2C Brands.
