Erica Ingham

Erica Ingham is an Independent Non-Executive Director at PRS for Music. Prior to their current position, Ingham served as the CFO Global Software Resilience for NCC Group from December 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for securing the $220 million acquisition. Erica also became the perm CFO of NCC Group’s Software Resilience business with global responsibility, including teams in the UK, EU, and North America.

Ingham has also served as the CFO MediaCom North from September 2014 to August 2020 and as a Non-Executive Director from July 2013 to April 2018. During their time as a Finance Director & Partner at summ.it assist llp from January 2012 to August 2014, they were responsible for the group’s finances. Additionally, Ingham served as the Group Finance Director for Corkills Motor Group from November 2009 to May 2012. Prior to that role, they were the Pan Audio and Music Finance Business Partner for the BBC from September 2007 to August 2009.

Erica Ingham has a BA (hons) in French from the University of Reading. Erica is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner from Inspire 360 Ltd, Diploma in Board Direction from The Institute of Directors, and Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills from Scotwork.
