Michele de Gennaro

Michele De Gennaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1991, they worked at Harte-Hanks as a Survey Programmer, Editor, and Interviewer until 1998. In the same year, they joined Database America as a Sales Support Manager, where they supported the management of high-profile clients. Michele then moved on to Vestcom International in 1998 as an Account Manager, acting as a liaison between clients and production teams. From 1999 to 2020, they worked at PRS IN VIVO as the Director of Online Programming, managing a department of global online survey programmers and overseeing project workflows. In 2021, they joined Behaviorally as the Director of Programming/Data Processing, and later became the Vice President of Digital Data Management, responsible for operational development and programming coordination. Michele has extensive experience in programming, data processing, and managing teams in the market research industry.

From 1993 to 1996, Michele De Gennaro attended Rutgers University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology.
