Brianna Green

Brianna Green is an experienced professional in crisis services and mental health support, currently serving as the Director of Crisis Services at HopeLink Behavioral Health since June 2022, where responsibilities include program management, quality assurance, compliance, and reporting. Prior to this role, Brianna held the position of Crisis Counselor Supervisor at Crisis Text Line from January 2020 to June 2022, providing real-time support and guidance to remote Crisis Counselors while ensuring high-quality care for texters. Brianna's earlier experience at Common Ground spans various roles, including Resource and Crisis Line Supervisor and Resource and Crisis Line Coordinator, where oversight of staff and volunteers on a 24/7 helpline was key, as well as crisis intervention and administrative duties. Brianna began the career as a Resource and Crisis Helpline Crisis Worker, offering crisis intervention support. Educationally, Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
