Russell Smith

Russell Smith is an experienced Application Engineer at PRTC since December 2014, where significant contributions include developing a new service order process for Palmetto Link and managing an OSS/BSS migration project. Previously, Russell served as a Systems Specialist, Network Analyst, Support Analyst, and PC and Network Technician, showcasing expertise in network provisioning, customer support, project management, and technical documentation. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Department Manager at Ollies Bargain Outlets and an internship focused on digital advertising at Connectiv LLC. Russell holds a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel, a Master's in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, as well as degrees in Integrated Information Technology and Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
