Kara Yagelowich Horner

Sharon O'Bryant began her career at PRTC in June of 1973 as a customer service representative. She currently serves the company as the Director - Human Resources/Public Relations. She is certified through the HR Certification Institute. She has 38 years of telecommunications industry experience. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors for Laurens County Chamber, SC Corporate Council, United Way, Laurens County Healthcare Foundation Board, Touch Down Club Board and the Red Cross. She is actively involved with Shop Laurens County First, Workforce Development, Squealin’ on the Square, March of Dimes, and Relay for Life.
