Shrilekha Raju has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Manager - International Business Practice at Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing service for property and casualty policies, conducting risk analysis, and engaging with clients to identify insurance needs. Previously, Shrilekha worked as a Human Resources Intern at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited for a brief period in late 2015, focusing on campus recruitment initiatives during an academic internship. Shrilekha holds a PGDM degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in marketing and retail management from Mount Carmel Institute of Management.
