Amy DePerro-Oakes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and design. Currently serving as an Advanced Customer Service Representative at Prudent Publishing since August 2020, Amy previously held the position of Customer Experience Manager at The Wildflower Group for a short tenure in early 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher at Ridgewood Board of Education from 2016 to 2020 and as a Freelance Sweater Designer for ANN INC. in 2011-2012. From 1996 to 2005, Amy worked as a Senior Sweater and Knitwear Designer at Jones Apparel Group Inc. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Susquehanna University.
