Leani Kusdiandi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Leani started their career in 2004 as the Marketing & PR Div Head at PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the External Communication Div Head at PT BAKRIELAND DEVELOPMENT TBK. In 2012, they joined Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) as the Senior Manager Corporate Communications, a position they held until 2016. Leani then took on the role of AVP Corporate Communications - Internal & Digital Communications from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they became the AVP Customer Value Proposition & Event Management at Prudential Indonesia. Leani'smost recent position is the Head of Customer Experience, which they assumed in January 2020.
