Charles Novotny

Charles Novotny has extensive experience in residential real estate sales, currently with Prudential Arizona Properties since September 2001. Additionally, Charles contributed as a member of M&N Business Solutions, LLC from May 2009 to December 2010, leveraging a collaborative skill set to provide small businesses with enhanced resources. Previous roles include consultant at Digicom Management, Inc. from August 2000 to December 2010, where strategic consulting and project management were key responsibilities, and serving on the board of Hudson I.C.S. from March 1977 to January 1999 as Vice President of Human Resources and head of the Compensation Committee. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Fairfield University and a certification in Compensation and Benefits from Cornell University.
