Alesa Zainuddin

Alesa Zainuddin is an experienced professional in the insurance and claims management sector, currently serving as Claims Manager (Project and System) at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad since May 2018, overseeing AS400 data migration and system testing for claims. Alesa has held roles in client services and health and safety, and previously managed a broking team at JLT Asia, focusing on operational activities and team development. Alesa began the career at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, working as a Claims Specialist where responsibilities included assessing claims and training new staff. Alesa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biodiversity Conservation and Management from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.
