Gretchen Pearson

Gretchen Pearson is an accomplished real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the industry. Since December 2014, Gretchen has served as the President and Owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. Prior roles include Owner of Prudential California Realty, where leadership was provided to a productive group of real estate agents and brokers, and President of Windemere Real Estate. Earlier in their career, Gretchen held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Prudential Realty, overseeing operations for more than 118 offices and 3,300 agents across California, Nevada, and Texas. Gretchen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1981 and 1985.
