Ben Knopf

Ben Knopf is a results-driven and collaborative leader with a decade of experience in learning and development, strategic consulting, and nonprofit management. They have served as Director of Learning Partnerships at Prudential Financial since 2022 and previously held roles including National Director and Associate Director in various advisory capacities at Taproot Foundation and Jobs for the Future. Ben is recognized for co-leading revenue-generating initiatives that significantly grew revenue and for managing a remote team of 25 during rapid growth periods. They hold a BA in International Relations and History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
