Brian Ferguson

Brian Ferguson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Internal Sales & IMO Distribution at Prudential Financial since July 2015. Ferguson leads the coaching, development, and training of internal wholesalers and the leadership team, utilizing marketing and sales data to drive effective sales campaigns. Prior experience includes Vice President of Sales Strategy at BlackRock, where Ferguson coordinated client segmentation and sales strategy for the US Wealth Advisory organization, as well as roles in sales operations and management. Early experience includes positions at Merrill Lynch as an Internal Wholesaler and Investment Advisor. Ferguson holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey, along with a continuous commitment to professional development through the Investments & Wealth Institute.
