Brian Morris

Brian Morris is currently the Chief Corporate Finance Counsel at Prudential Financial, Inc., where they have served since 2004. With thirty years of extensive experience in major law firms and in-house roles, they specialize in corporate, securities law, and regulatory matters impacting public companies, insurance entities, and broker/dealers. Previously, Brian held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Prudential Securities Incorporated from 2002 to 2004 and began their legal career as an Associate and later Partner at Dewey Ballantine LLP from 1979 to 1988. Brian earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from Marist College.
