Christopher Shaw

Christopher Shaw is a certified Product Owner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a robust background in enhancing customer and employee experiences through various methodologies, including Agile and Design Thinking. They have held multiple leadership roles, most recently as Director of Operational Excellence, where they led a team focused on implementing significant process improvements for a diverse customer base. Earlier experience includes serving as the Young Adults Ministry Coordinator at Chelten, where they facilitated personal growth and community engagement among young adults. Christopher earned a BA in Theology from Eastern University and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to collaboration and transparency throughout their career.
