Daniel O'Shea is a seasoned CTO and engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in technology solutions, team scaling, and business growth within the tech and finance sectors. Currently, Daniel serves as a Partner at Horizon 3 Venture Studio and at PruStudio while also founding AOTP Ventures. Previously, Daniel held significant roles at companies such as BlueOwl, where they led the development of the first AI-driven behavioral auto insurance product in the U.S., and Navable, which achieved $1M in Annual Recurring Revenue. Daniel is pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
