David Mather

David Mather, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Director and Financial Planner at Prudential Financial since August 2014. In this role, David develops relationships with business leaders in local communities and trains Financial Professional Associates in relationship-based sales and marketing strategies. Prior to Prudential, David held various management positions at MassMutual Financial Group, including Manager of Financial Services and Manager of Training and Development. David began a career in financial services as a Financial Services Professional at MassMutual and earlier worked as a Pepperdine Caller at Pepperdine University. Academically, David earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine University.
