Derek Sunderman

Derek Sunderman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in the Next Gen Contact Center at Prudential Financial since May 2015. Throughout this tenure, Derek has held multiple roles including Business Analyst, Call Coach/Trainer, and Life Product Specialist. Prior to Prudential, Derek worked as a Case Manager at Rohrer & Associates and as a Junior Varsity Basketball Coach at J-W-P High School. Derek's career also includes a stint as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual. An alumnus of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Derek holds a degree in Economics and General Management.
