Hayden Carey

Hayden Carey is an Investment Analyst in the Chief Investment Office at Prudential Financial, with experience focused on real assets since July 2023. Prior to this, Hayden served as a Senior Analyst and Head of the Investment Club at the Santa Clara Investment Fund, where responsibilities included managing a portion of the school's endowment and leading the consumer team. Hayden has also interned as a VC Analyst at Santa Clara Ventures, analyzing financial statements and participating in investor calls, and worked as a Summer Analyst in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, assisting in portfolio creation. Additionally, Hayden gained experience in impact investing through internships at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship and University Impact. Previous roles include teaching assistant at Santa Clara University and various positions in customer service and food preparation. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and graduated from Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
