Isabel Hughes

Isabel Hughes is currently a Defensive Engineering Rotational Associate at Prudential Financial since July 2024, with prior experience in various educational and technical roles. As a Lead Instructor at CodeAdvantage from January 2022 to July 2024, Isabel managed large groups of students to teach STEM fundamentals, coding, and robotics, and personalized instruction in Web Development and Python. Isabel also served as a Course Assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology, providing academic support in programming and computer science subjects. Earlier experience includes an internship at Prudential Financial in Customer Identity & Access Management and a role as an IT Co-Op at WOODWARD MCCOACH INC, focusing on software development and network security.
